All reservations are requested one week in advance to ensure proper scheduling and planning.
Available at Virtua Voorhees only. All off site deliveries will require a minimum food order of $200. Virtua locations will be serviced within a 15 mile radius of the Voorhees Main Hospital. Dependent upon location, a $25-$35 delivery fee will be applied. Catering orders under the $200 minimum may be picked up at the hospital @ 100 Bowman Drive, Voorhees, Lobby A entrance. Labor charged for staffed events will be based upon server requirements and current staffing rates.
A final guest count will be required 48 hours prior to your event.
Table linens and floral arrangements can be provided for your events at an additional charge. Our staff will be happy to assist you with your selection.
Based upon your menu and the number of guests attending your event, an additional charge for china rental for the requested china may result.
Payment of all Virtua events require administrative approval with requisition Department Cost Center Charge Number. Cancellation or changes to a catering order require 48 hours notice. Catering cancellations without 48 hours notice, including no shows, will result in the organization being charged the full cost of the ordered catering. Food prices subject to change based upon food request and season.
Our current policy is to require all functions requiring food or beverage service be placed with the catering department at least 5 business days in advance. Since the move to the new campus, we provide off site service to several locations daily. With limited staff and one vehicle this requires exact planning and allocation of time and resources. I am sure you can understand the absolute need for advance ordering in order that we may provide the good service you expect. Please help us to continue to meet these expectations by submitting all requisitions in the correct time frame. Should an unanticipated event arise, please feel free to contact the catering department for immediate assistance.
